By downloading, installing, or using Photo Cleanup Assistant ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Photo Cleanup Assistant is a mobile application that helps you organize and clean up your photo library by:
- Providing tools to review photos in batches
- Suggesting photos for potential deletion based on age and size
- Tracking your cleanup progress and statistics
- Sending daily reminders to maintain your photo library
- Offering both free and premium features
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Photo Management
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for deciding which photos to delete
- Backup Recommended: We strongly recommend backing up your photos before using the App
- No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee that deleted photos can be recovered
3.2 Appropriate Use
- Use the App only for its intended purpose of photo organization
- Do not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Free Version
- Limited to 2 cleanup sessions per day
- Basic photo review functionality
- Fixed batch size of 15 photos
4.2 Premium Subscription
- Unlimited daily cleanup sessions
- Customizable batch sizes (up to 200 photos)
- Swipe mode for faster review
- Storage tracking and analytics
- Progress insights and statistics
- Photo sorting options
4.3 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- Your photos and personal data remain on your device
- We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos
- We only collect minimal usage data to improve the App

6. Disclaimers and Limitations
6.1 No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6.2 Photo Loss Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Photo deletion is permanent. We are not responsible for any photos that are accidentally deleted. Always backup your photos before using the App.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
7. Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content are owned by Photo Cleanup Assistant
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
- Your photos remain your intellectual property
8. Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Photo Cleanup Assistant operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
